2010
  • Wei Guo moved his family to Pittsburg earlier in the year and sold his Beavercreek house in December.
  • Will Xue, Kefu and Haili's elder son, opened a small business called Yoba at The Greene at Beavercreek. The store sells frozen yogurt and boba (bubble tea/milk shake).
  • Neal Jean, Jack and Tammy's elder son, graduated from Duke University and started to work in Chicago as a trader assistant. Neal also created a blog on amazing athletes. Neal's brother, Joel, went to Beijing University for one quarter for a study abroad program and recorded in his blog his China trip. Joel, Steven Hong, and a girl (Holly) ran a marathon in California with Holly finished number one in her age/gender group.
  • Bob Zheng, Guohua and Yong Ping's son, graduated from Washington University and started his graduate studies at University of Michigan. Bob's sister, Nancy, started her undergraduate studies at University of Southern California.
  • Sam Lee, Alex and Jing Po's son, graduated from Miami University and started his medical school at University of Cincinnati.

2009
  • Steven Hong, Lang and Xiumei's son, graduated from University of Michigan in three years, and went to Stanford University for his graduate studies. Steven's sister, Tracy, graduated as a valedictorian of the Beavercreek High School and started her undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University.
  • Esther Yu, Yuegen and Yufeng's elder daughter, started her undergraduate studies at University of Chicago.
  • David Zhou, Wanlong and Saiyu's son, started his undergraduate studies at Northwestern University.
